The arena is due to be extended in January / February 2008, which will
make the existing arena larger and also provide a warm up arena. Also a club
house is to be built, giving people somewhere to shelter should the weather be
against us. There are also planes to hard stand the lorry park, until then we
always have a tractor on site to get lorries in and
out.
New for 2008
All show jumping and dressage classes for 2008 each class will have a
maximum of 30 entries allowed.
Membership - For the year 2008 we will be offering membership which will
run from 1st January 2008 to
31st December 2008. The cost will be £10.00
Perks of membership - we will accept email entries from members only up
to 7.00pm (for show jumping) 5.00pm (for dressage) of the evening proceeding the
event, these entries will not incur the late entry charge. However entries made
on the day will be charged the late entry fee. We will not accept telephone
entries. Please note that if you enter by email and do not compete in the
classes entered you will still have to pay the entry fee.
New event for 2008 The Jays Masters show jumping and
dressage.
Any body can enter the qualifier classes but only members can compete at
the finals.
Details will appear on the web site shortly.
No entries will be refunded, entries can be transferred to another event
on the production of a vets certificate or doctors
note.
Help needed, we need help on show days, if you can help please let us
know, receive free entries or arena hire.
Please do not telephone to find out what time classes will start, we
really cant answer this question, as no one knows how many enter on the day.
The arena is available for hire at £15 per hour and includes a course of
jumps but no fillers. Members price £12
Advertising space is available around the arena to display a board, if
you are interested please get in touch.
