ABOUT US
The Jays is owned and run by Andrea Pearman, who has been involved with horse for 25 years. Andrea has competed at affiliated show jumping and showing at national level, having qualified for the Royal International Horse Show for the past 3 years. Andrea specialises in bringing on and competing young or problem horses. Being petit Andrea is also able to offer schooling and breaking for children ponies as well as horses.
The Jays is easily accessible from the A14 just outside Bury St Edmunds. The facilities are excellent, with plans for a new competition size all weather arena and cross country course. The stud offers first class care to all the mares that come to visit the stallions. Facilities include, 2 foaling boxes with CCTV, stocks for veterinary treatment, individual well maintained paddocks and full veterinary support. We are able to offer natural covering or AI. Mares can either walk in or come and stay. Mares can also come in for foaling. The Jays also has a well stocked tack shop which sells to the public at trade prices. We are also able to take mares or foals on a weaning livery. Please feel free to come and visit us, please telephone first.
