MINI EVENTER TRIAL
on SATURDAY 26TH JULY 2008
9.30 AM START PROMPT
Will consist of a round of showjumping then moving
straight onto a cross country course which will be IN THE WOODS, containing
fixed and knock down obstacles. There will be timed section within the cross
country course. The winner will be decided by the lowest amount of jumping
faults with the fastest time.
CLASS 1 RIDER 14 YEARS AND UNDER LEAD REIN ALLOWED.

CLASS 2 RIDER 16 YEARS AND UNDER LEAD REIN ALLOWED

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
1. STRICTLY NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE SHOW GROUND
2. The Show ground is on a main road, please ensure you
close the gates behind you when entering or leaving the show ground.
3. The Judges' decision is final, objections must be made
in writing to the Secretary within 30 minutes of the ocurrence or the
publishing of results accompanied by a £20 deposit. No video evidence will be
considered under any circumstances.
4. Entries will be limited and the Organisers reserve the
right to restrict entries.
5. A fully fastened hat and correct foot wear must be worn
at all times whilst mounted.
6. No mucking out of lorries or trailers on the showground,
any found doing so will be asked to leave.
7.
A BODY PROTECTOR AND LONG SLEEVES
MUST BE WORN.
8. Medical armbands with the riders
relevant details ARE ADVISED TO BE WORN.
9. No receipts sent unless requested with an S.A.E.
10 Entry fees are NOT refundable under
any circumstances after the close of entries,
other than cancellation of the event by the organisers .
11. Legal Liability.
Save
for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or
anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of any
event to which these rules apply, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or
representative of these bodies, accept any liability for any accident, loss
damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars,
their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever,
whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way
whatsoever.
12. Health and Safety.
The
organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health
and safety of everyone present. For
these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions
to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the
organisers and all the officials and stewards.
